Owner, Head Personal Trainer


 As the head personal trainer and owner of Ultima Fitness, I’ve had a passion for helping my clients – one to one, in a group, or for sports specific training – since 1989!

​I am constantly motivated to help others reach their fitness goals by drawing on my extensive training knowledge and experience, including being a national-level competitor and professional athlete in the sport of bodybuilding. I am a certified personal trainer from the American Institute of Fitness Education (AIFE) and have a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Science. I’ve become an expert in integrating nutrition and health science into my fitness programs.

I’ve had great success with hundreds of clients over the years and even been able to help improve the health of those with such chronic conditions as type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, depression, and stress management through nutritional counseling and exercise.

My entire philosophy is if you change your lifestyle through diet, exercise, and reducing stress, you can have a better quality of life for the long haul.

Certified Personal Trainer


As a personal trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Minor in Yoga from Kean University, Samantha has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of physical fitness.

She is a certified personal trainer by the National Council on Strength and Fitness and a 200-hour RYT certified yoga instructor through Kean University.

Samantha has been involved in athletics from a young age, playing softball throughout her childhood and into adulthood. Her experience in sports has given her a unique perspective on the importance of physical fitness and its impact on overall well-being.

Additionally, Samantha is experienced in the areas of strength training and nutrition. Throughout her career as a personal trainer and yoga instructor, Samantha has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, providing personalized workout plans and motivation to help them reach their fitness goals. She is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life through physical activity.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog, practicing yoga, weightlifting, volunteering at animal shelters, shadowing veterinarians, and hiking. She is committed to living a healthy and active lifestyle and strives to inspire others to do the same.


Certified Personal Trainer


Chase is a University of Florida graduate with his bachelors in physiology. He found his passion for exercise running in high school, where he won a state championship on the cross-country team.

Chase has a background in corrective exercise, movement preparation and endurance training. He prides himself on being able to challenge athletes at any fitness level, noob or expert, to become the best version of themselves.

He is passionate about helping clients surpass their fitness goals while building healthy habits along the way. When Chase isn’t in the gym, you can probably find him out on the golf course or perfecting his stir fry recipe.


Certified Personal Trainer


Kourtnee is a NASM certified personal trainer with a passion in health and fitness. He is currently enrolled in health and nutrition program in Texas Women University.

His goals are to use that knowledge to help clients to achieve their physical and nutritional goals. His background in weight loss and strength conditioning has helped numerous clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training program and nutritional counseling.

Understanding each client’s needs for nutrition and customized strength and conditioning program helps them achieve their fitness goals. With a background in wrestling and football, he very passionate about fitness and health.
