Benny Pajouh

Head personal trainer and owner of Ultima Fitness, Benny has been a personal trainer for more than 20 years. He has a passion for training and strives to get other to reach their fitness goals. He has been training for more than 30 years and he puts all of his experience and knowledge into training his clients.

He has competed in national level competition and is a professional athlete in the sport of bodybuilding. His background is in Nutrition and is a certified personal trainer from American Institute of Fitness Education (AIFE). He has worked with clients over the years with different fitness goals and also does sport specific activity. His programs have been successful with hundreds of clients over the years, and have been able to reverse many clients with chronic conditions like type II diabetes through nutritional counseling and exercise. His philosophy is if you change your lifestyle through diet, exercise, and reducing stress, you can have a better quality of life.

All Ultima Fitness trainers are certified professionals and certified in CPR. All trainers have college degrees, most related to health and fitness. Each is required to complete an additional six-week training program at our facility, before working with clients, to insure the success of our personalized training methods.

 

Lisa Hamilton has worked as a certified personal fitness trainer since 2004. Also certified in sports nutrition, Lisa enjoys creating exercise programs that challenge clients of all fitness levels. To keep things interesting, she incorporates a variety of core training, Pilates and boot camp exercises into her individualized programs. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, Lisa continued her education in the Masters program at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. Before becoming a personal trainer, she worked in several advertising agencies in creative and management roles. When she is not in the gym, Lisa enjoys bicycling, running, snow skiing, traveling, cooking and music.

Nathan Loeffler has five years of personal training experience. He has a Personal Fitness Trainer Certification from the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 2002 with a B. S. in Kinesiology. He was also a member of UNT's track and field team and has 16 years of weightlifting experience.

Curtis Brewer is a fun, energetic person with a passion for health and fitness. He has been in sport since pee wee football (smiling). Attending college in Kansas he studied sports Median and ran Track for 2 years. He competed in Decathlons, open Hurdles 110 High and 400m, 4x100 and was an All American in the 4x400 relay. During his time in the Marine Corp he completed his entire physical fitness test with scores of 285/300. Also served as the trainer in charge of the training unit of marines making sure they were physically ready for combat. He teaches aerobic and nationally certified by international Sport Science Association in personal training and group exercise, APEX certified in fitness and nutrition. He has been a professional personal fitness trainer for more than 3 years and look forward to new challenges.

Josh Koder  I enjoy helping people find that fitness should be a way of life. I currently have a Bachelor’s of Science, with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. I have a personal training certification through the National Council on Strength and Fitness.

I have worked with a variety of athletes from football players to golfers, and have done strength and conditioning for a team of nationally ranked athletes, consisting of 75 swimmers. Through proper nutritional counseling and exercise I can teach you the necessary tools to reach your goals.
